FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FAQ & Support

Answers are organized for OEM/ODM brands and wholesale buyers. Project-specific prices, testing requirements, and remedies are confirmed in individual order agreements.

01 Sampling & Customization

Clear steps from product brief to approved sample.

We support project-based formula development and private-label solutions for makeup, personal care, and fragrance products. Feasibility, testing, and production scope are evaluated against your product brief.

Sampling rounds, revision scope, potential development charges, and approval criteria are confirmed for each project before work progresses. Please share precise feedback on texture, shade, scent, and packaging.

Bulk production is scheduled after the formula, reference sample, packaging specifications, artwork, and commercial terms are approved. Timelines depend on material readiness and manufacturing capacity.

02 Manufacturing & Quality Control

Understand our approach to consistency and quality requirements.

The approved reference sample and agreed specifications guide production and inspection. Applicable tests, acceptance criteria, and documentation are defined according to the product and manufacturing arrangement.

CYC-BIO works with its own manufacturing resources and selected production partners. We align project specifications, quality requirements, and communication checkpoints with the facility responsible for each order.

Available documents depend on the formula, product category, target market, and production facility. Share your destination country and product requirements so we can confirm the relevant reports and supporting records.

03 Bulk Orders & Shipping

Practical guidance for wholesale orders and international delivery.

Retain the outer carton, shipping label, packing information, and clear photos or video of affected items. Contact our team promptly so the issue can be assessed under the agreed shipping and order terms.

Shelf-life expectations and labeling requirements should be agreed before order confirmation. Where applicable, batch and production records help verify the shipped goods against the agreed specifications.

Returns and remedies depend on the product type, order terms, manufacturing status, and the nature of the issue. Customized goods typically require project-specific written terms. Please contact us before arranging a return.

04 Product Usage & Troubleshooting

Differentiate expected product behavior from issues needing review.

A product intentionally formulated with separate oil and water phases may separate when left standing. Follow the approved directions for shaking and use. Unexpected odor, discoloration, leakage, or other unusual changes should be reported for review.

First follow the applicable product instructions and check for visible residue or packaging damage. Avoid puncturing pressurized containers or forcing damaged components. Send a photo or short video so we can assess the cause.

Shade and texture are affected by formulation, raw materials, packaging, temperature, and measurement conditions. Any acceptable production tolerances should be defined in the approved specification rather than assumed to be universal.

05 After-Sales & Customer Support

A documented path for investigating product and order concerns.

Contact our team with the product name, batch identification, order reference, photos or videos, and a description of the issue. These details help us arrange an appropriate technical review.

We review the available evidence, coordinate with the responsible production and quality teams, and discuss investigation findings and next steps. Any remedy depends on the findings and agreed contractual terms.

Advise the consumer to stop using the product and seek medical advice if needed. Record the product and batch details and notify our team for follow-up. Individual reactions do not alone establish whether a manufacturing defect occurred.
